Web is driving the evolution of the current system, allowing users to find, share and combine information more easily and delivery of web pages built for the content of websites. HTML, JavaScript and CSS no restrictions on a web page that includes elements or even delegating complete control of a fully decoupled website. These design options have contributed to a number of vulnerabilities well studied and known safety, including cross-site scripting (XSS) and cross-site request forgery (CSRF or XSRF) [1], allowing an unauthorized and unrelated "third party" web page to retrieve information or perform actions on the "website first part" that the user has interacted willingly

A Review on Data Clustering Algorithms for Mixed Data

    Get PDF
Clustering is the unsupervised classification of patterns into groups (clusters). The clustering problem has been addressed in many contexts and by researchers in many disciplines; this reflects its broad appeal and usefulness as one of the steps in exploratory data analysis. In general, clustering is a method of dividing the data into groups of similar objects. One of significant research areas in data mining is to develop methods to modernize knowledge by using the existing knowledge, since it can generally augment mining efficiency, especially for very bulky database. Data mining uncovers hidden, previously unknown, and potentially useful information from large amounts of data. This paper presents a general survey of various clustering algorithms. In addition, the paper also describes the efficiency of Self-Organized Map (SOM) algorithm in enhancing the mixed data clustering

Multidimensional Modeling of Direct Injection Diesel Engine with Split Multiple Stage Fuel Injections

AbstractIn the present study, an attempt has been made to predict the influence of split multiple stage fuel injection on a DI diesel engine performance and emission characteristics. The predictions have been made for both conventional continuous fuel injection as well as split multiple stage fuel injection. The analysis mainly emphasize on the prediction of SFC and NOx levels in a diesel engine for the above mentioned two fuel injection modes. These computational predictions can enhance the knowledge of the flow and combustion characteristics, which is of vital importance for the design and development of a high performance DI diesel engine. The aforementioned simulation work has been performed using a CFD code. It has been found that the split multiple stage fuel injection exhibits strong effects on combustion characteristics and provides controlled pressure and temperature inside the combustion chamber. It has also been seen that split multiple stage fuel injection significantly reduces the formation of NOx compared to that ofthe continuous fuel injection

Identification of Sickle Cell Anemia Using Deep Neural Networks

A molecule called hemoglobin is found in red blood cells that holds oxygen all over the body. Hemoglobin is elastic, round, and stable in a healthy human. This makes it possible to float across red blood cells. But the composition of hemoglobin is unhealthy if you have sickle cell disease. It refers to compact and bent red blood cells. The odd cells obstruct the flow of blood. It is dangerous and can result in severe discomfort, organ damage, heart strokes, and other symptoms. The human life expectancy can be shortened as well. The early identification of sickle calls will help people recognize signs that can assist antibiotics, supplements, blood transfusion, pain-relieving medications, and treatments etc. The manual assessment, diagnosis, and cell count are time consuming process and may result in misclassification and count since millions of red blood cells are in one spell. When utilizing data mining techniques such as the multilayer perceptron classifier algorithm, sickle cells can be effectively detected with high precision in the human body. The proposed approach tackles the limitations of manual research by implementing a powerful and efficient MLP (Multi-Layer Perceptron) classification algorithm that distinguishes Sickle Cell Anemia (SCA) into three classes: Normal (N), Sickle Cells(S) and Thalassemia (T) in red blood cells. This paper also presents the precision degree of the MLP classifier algorithm with other popular mining and machine learning algorithms on the dataset obtained from the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS) located in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Doi: 10.28991/esj-2021-01270 Full Text: PD

Design and Analysis of Dry Cylinder Liners Used in Diesel Engines

    Get PDF
A Cylinder liner is a cylindrical part to be fitted  in to an engine block to form a cylindrical space in which the piston reciprocates very smoothly. It is one of the most important functional parts to make up the interior of an engine. Generally cylinder liners are made of Cast Iron, Cast steel, Nickel CI, Nickel chrome CI. The aim of this project is to design and analyze a dry cylinder liner for Hino-X diesel engines. A Hino – X engine cylinder dry liner used in one of Ashok Leyland model manufactured by  The amount of heat generated, heat transfer rate of the component, temperature produced inside the cylinder are to be calculated using ANSYS analysis package. Various surface coatings like ceramic, aluminum alloys and Nickel chrome alloy steel are used to study the, heat flux, , thermal stresses, thermal displacement, thermal gradient ,nodal temperatures of the cylinder liner. Modeling is done in Pro/Engineer and analysis is done coupled field analysis in ansys. After comparing the results, the best coated cylinder dry liner for this type of diesel engine can be suggested

Exquisite Selectivity For Human Toll-like Receptor 8 in Substituted Furo[2,3-c]quinolines

Toll-like receptor (TLR)-8 agonists activate adaptive immune responses by inducing robust production of T helper 1-polarizing cytokines, suggesting that TLR8-active compounds may be promising candidate adjuvants. We synthesized and evaluated hitherto unexplored furo[2,3-c]quinolines and its regioisomeric furo[3,2-c]quinolines, derived via a tandem, one-pot Sonogashira coupling and intramolecular 5 endo-dig cyclization strategy, in a panel of primary screens. We observed a pure TLR8 agonistic activity profile in select furo[2,3-c]quinolines, with maximal potency conferred by a C2-butyl group (EC50: 1.6 µM); shorter, longer, or substituted homologues, as well as compounds bearing C1 substitutions were inactive, which was rationalized by docking studies using the recently-described crystal structure of human TLR8. The best-in-class compound displayed prominent proinflammatory cytokine induction (including interleukin-12 and interleukin-18), but was bereft of interferon-α inducing properties, confirming its high selectivity for human TLR8
